• For Comic Books (Physical Products): Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. In exceptional cases, cancellations may be considered if shipping has not yet commenced.
• Replacements will be issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products upon valid proof within 12 hours of delivery.
• International orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.
• Approved replacements will be processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after verification.
